Becoming a Leader Program: The sequel to the discovering purpose program, this aims at driving the candidates to cultivate, actualize and effectively deploy the gifts, talents, skills and abilities they discovered and acquired in the previous program.

Servant leadership is at the core of this training as students will better understand why they possess the gifts and abilities given to them and how they can effectively deploy it. With a constructive entrepreneurial approach and potential maximization, the SL2 program will be intensive in getting the students to start living effectively, efficiently and at maximum productivity.

Requirements to qualify for this program are:

  • Having completed Servant Leadership 1
  • Validated the post SL1 demands of consistent pursuit of documented purpose and vision (minimum 2 months)
